42mm Sub Base Brass Solenoid Valve – HAB412

The CS Fluid Power HAB412 is a compact 2/2 way normally closed direct acting solenoid valve designed for sub-base and manifold mounting in industrial fluid, pneumatic and process control systems.

Unlike conventional threaded-body solenoid valves, the HAB412 uses a 42 × 38mm bottom mounting interface, allowing the valve to be installed directly onto a compatible manifold or sub-base. The manufacturer's dimensional drawing confirms the 42 × 38mm mounting footprint with four Ø4.5mm fixing holes.

Manufactured with a forged brass valve body and stainless steel internals, the HAB412 is available with 3mm, 4mm or 5mm orifices, providing operating pressures up to 30 bar, depending upon the selected orifice and electrical supply.

Important Mounting Note

This is a sub-base mounted solenoid valve and does not have conventional inlet and outlet pipe threads in the valve body.

The valve requires a compatible 42 × 38mm manifold or sub-base providing the fluid connections and four mounting points.
