Pneumatic Bulkhead Female Push-In Fitting 4–12mm – SHAKO NCM
The SHAKO NCM Series is a nickel-plated brass pneumatic bulkhead female push-in fitting designed to provide a secure connection between metric pneumatic tubing and BSP female threaded equipment connections.
Available for 4mm, 6mm, 10mm and 12mm outside diameter pneumatic tubing, with 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" BSP female thread options, these compact straight bulkhead connectors are ideal for compressed air installations, pneumatic control panels, machinery and OEM equipment.
The bulkhead mounting design allows the fitting to pass through a panel or enclosure wall, creating a secure, fixed connection point between pneumatic tubing and threaded equipment.
Push-In Pneumatic Tube Connection
The SHAKO NCM uses a one-touch push-in connection for quick installation and removal of compatible pneumatic tubing.
Simply insert the correctly sized tube into the fitting until fully seated. The internal gripping mechanism retains the tube and provides a secure pneumatic connection.
To disconnect, depress the release sleeve and withdraw the tubing.
This reusable connection system reduces installation time and simplifies pneumatic system maintenance.
Bulkhead Female BSP Connection
The straight bulkhead design features a female BSP threaded connection and panel-mounting arrangement.
The threaded bulkhead section allows the fitting to be secured through a mounting panel, while the female BSP port provides a connection to compatible male-threaded pneumatic components.
This configuration is particularly useful for air distribution panels, pneumatic manifolds, machine enclosures and control cabinets.
