The Nass Magnet SmartConnector converts standard DIN43650 Form B solenoid valves into intelligent monitored devices.

Using IO-Link communication, the module enables predictive maintenance by monitoring coil current, switching cycles, temperature and valve behaviour. These diagnostics help identify failing valves before they cause machine downtime.

Ideal for Industry 4.0 automation systems, the SmartConnector enables remote monitoring, configuration and diagnostic reporting without replacing the solenoid valve.
