ISO 5211 Aluminium Actuator Spacer Block – F05 & F07
Precision Machined Actuator Mounting Spacer for Motorised and Pneumatic Valves
The Connexion ISO 5211 aluminium actuator spacer block is designed to provide additional mounting clearance between an electric or pneumatic valve actuator and the valve mounting flange.
Manufactured from precision-machined aluminium, these circular spacer blocks provide a practical solution where additional separation is required for valve stem extensions, mounting brackets, position indicators or clearance around valve components.
Suitable for compatible ISO 5211 F05 and F07 actuator mounting arrangements, the spacers can be used with motor actuated ball valves, pneumatic ball valves, butterfly valves and other quarter-turn valve assemblies.
Actuator Mounting & Clearance
Installing an actuator spacer block increases the separation between the actuator and valve body, providing additional clearance for mechanical components and installation requirements.
Typical reasons for fitting an actuator spacer include:
- Providing clearance above valve gland packing
- Accommodating extended valve stems
- Creating space for mounting brackets
- Allowing additional clearance for position indicators
