Coax solenoid valve 2 way 0-100 Bar DN25 RSG 27225

Function: 2/2 way normally closed, option normally open

Operation: direct acting

Pressure: 0 to 100 Bar (0 to 16 Bar reverse flow)

Port sizes: 3/4, 1, 11/4 or 11/2 BSP thread, option NPT or flange

Body: Brass, option stainless steel 303 or 316L

Internals: stainless steel 316L

Media: Fluids under 500 CST and gases compatible with materials of construction.

Media temperature: -10°C to +100°C

Fluid Seals: FKM and PTFE, option NBR or EPDM.

Water Seals: UHMW Polyethylene. Excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Very good lubricity in water based media. The special sharp-edged shape of the dynamic seal has a stripping effect on the piston/plunger that removes limescale + debris. Max +80°C

Gaseous Seals: Fluoroloy®. Excellent wear resistant material, low friction, broad chemical compatibility and provides perfect tightness performance with gaseous media. Max +80°C.

Voltages: 12vDC, 24vDC, 24vAC, 110vAC or 230vAC with other custom voltages available upon request.

Coil: DIN43650A 100% duty rated IP65 with connector (Included)

Approvals: TÜV, DGVM

Options: 272A25 normally closed, 272B25 normally open, manual over ride, inductive open and/or closed position switches with LED + 2mtr cable, various DIN43650A connectors or aluminium terminal box, mounting brackets and modular sub base mounted systems.

The 24vDC valve can be fitted with DIN43650A PWM connector (Pulse Width Modulating) a power reduction technology that reduces the holding power by up to 80% for a Greener environmentally friendly low power; low heat emission and offers improved thermal stability.

Other PWM voltages available upon request.
