2" Motorised Stainless Steel Ball Valve – ABV20SV-E2-MO
The ABV20SV-E2-MO is a premium 2" motorised stainless steel ball valve designed for reliable automatic shut-off and flow control of industrial fluids and gases. Combining a full-bore 304 stainless steel ball valve with a high-performance electric actuator, it provides dependable operation, integrated position feedback and optional failsafe protection for demanding industrial automation and process control applications.
Manufactured with PTFE and FKM (Viton®) seals, the ABV20SV Series is suitable for a wide range of chemicals, compressed air, gases, light oils and other compatible media where corrosion resistance, low power consumption and long service life are essential.

Failsafe Closed - 2 Wire Control
Power ON → Valve opens
Power OFF → Valve automatically closes using stored capacitor reserve energy.

Failsafe Open - 2 Wire Control
Power ON → Valve closes
Power OFF → Valve automatically opens using stored capacitor reserve energy.

Power Open / Close with Failsafe – 3 Wire Control
3-wire control allows normal powered opening and closing while retaining automatic failsafe operation in the event of complete power loss.
Control signal ON → Valve opens
Control signal OFF → Valve closes under power
Power failure → Valve automatically closes using stored capacitor reserve energy
Optional reverse failsafe configuration available:
Power failure → Valve automatically opens using stored capacitor reserve energy

Failsafe Capacitor Recharge
Failsafe actuators require approximately 1.5–2 minutes of continuous power after operation to fully recharge the reserve energy capacitors.
Standard 3-wire electric control without failsafe operation.

Control signal OFF → Valve closes under power
The actuator remains electrically powered during normal operation and does not automatically reposition if the main power supply is lost.
