The CS Fluid Power ADS50PF is a heavy-duty DN50 316 stainless steel flanged solenoid valve designed for reliable automatic control of air, water, vacuum, gases and other compatible industrial fluids.
Using a 2/2 way normally closed, zero-rated assisted-lift (magna-lift) design, the valve operates from 0 Bar differential pressure, making it suitable for applications where conventional pilot-operated solenoid valves requiring a minimum pressure differential cannot be used.
Featuring a large 51 mm orifice with 686.4 L/min water flow at 1 Bar pressure drop, the ADS50PF provides very high flow capacity with corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel CF8M construction and PN16 flanges as standard. Maximum pressure is 7 Bar AC or 5 Bar DC.
Valve Function & Operation
Function: 2/2 way normally closed
Operation: Assisted lift, zero rated / magna-lift
The ADS50PF remains closed when electrical power is removed. Energising the solenoid operator opens the valve and allows flow through the large 51 mm internal orifice.
The zero-rated assisted-lift design enables operation without a minimum pressure differential, providing reliable switching from 0 Bar through to its maximum rated pressure.

The ADSF Series has a maximum media temperature capability of +150°C when correctly configured with the appropriate seal material.
Shading Ring Options
A copper shading ring is used for standard AC operation.
For reverse osmosis, demineralised and pure-water applications, an optional silver shading ring is available.

High-Flow Zero-Rated Control
The ADS50PF combines a substantial 51 mm orifice, 316 stainless steel construction and PN16 flanged connections with zero-rated assisted-lift operation.
Unlike conventional pilot-operated valves requiring a minimum differential pressure, the ADS50PF operates from 0 Bar, making it suitable for low-pressure systems and applications where differential pressure can fall close to zero.
With 686.4 L/min water flow at 1 Bar pressure drop, this DN50 model provides the highest flow capacity in the ADSF range while retaining the flexibility of alternative flange standards, multiple seal materials, silver shading-ring and degreasing options.
