Explanation of Pressure Types
Gauge Pressure (G / GP): Measures relative to atmospheric pressure. Common in general applications, e.g., car tires.
Sealed Gauge (SG / SGauge): Measures relative to a sealed atmospheric reference (1 atm). Compensates for variable local atmospheric conditions.
Absolute Pressure: Measures relative to vacuum (0 Bar absolute). Used where total pressure is critical.
