1/4" BSP Stainless Steel Pressure Transmitter 4–20mA – M20
The Connexion M20 is a compact, high-accuracy 316L stainless steel pressure transmitter designed for reliable pressure measurement and monitoring in industrial automation, hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, water treatment and process control applications.
Featuring a standard 4–20mA analogue output, 12–30V DC power supply and 1/4" BSP male process connection, the M20 converts measured pressure into a proportional electrical signal for PLCs, industrial controllers, monitoring equipment and building management systems.
Available with gauge and absolute pressure measurement ranges up to 400 bar, the M20 combines durable stainless steel construction, digital temperature compensation and excellent long-term stability in a compact IP65-rated housing.

Gauge pressure measures pressure relative to atmospheric pressure, while absolute pressure measures relative to a vacuum reference.

4–20mA Analogue Output
The M20 features a standard two-wire 4–20mA DC current output, providing a proportional signal corresponding to the selected pressure range.

316L Stainless Steel Construction
The pressure transmitter features 316L stainless steel wetted components and a fully welded sensing structure, designed for reliable operation with compatible industrial fluids and gases.
The sensing system incorporates silicone oil pressure transmission and a stainless steel diaphragm arrangement, providing dependable pressure measurement in demanding industrial environments.
Suitable media include air, water, oil and other gases or liquids compatible with the wetted materials.
Accuracy & Long-Term Stability
The M20 series is available with accuracy options of ±0.25% or ±0.5% of full scale, allowing the transmitter to be matched to the measurement requirements of the installation.

Electrical Connection & Protection
The standard configuration uses a DIN 175301-803A angular electrical connector, commonly referred to as a DIN Form A connector.
The electrical connection provides convenient installation and maintenance, while the IP65 enclosure rating offers protection against dust and water jets when correctly assembled.
The M20 also incorporates reverse polarity protection for applicable output configurations.
