Professional 3-stage breathing air filtration system designed to deliver clean, odour-free breathable air for spray booths and industrial breathing air applications in compliance with EN12021 air quality standards.
Filtration Stages
Stage 1 – Particle Filter (5µm)
Removes solid particles larger than 0.01 mm and up to 90% of water from the compressed air supply.
Stage 2 – Coalescing Filter (0.01µm)
High-efficiency coalescing element removes oil aerosols, remaining water droplets and fine particles down to 0.00001 mm.
Stage 3 – Activated Carbon Filter
Green activated carbon element absorbs oil vapours, odours and hydrocarbons to deliver technically clean breathable air with filtration down to 0.003 ppm.
Construction
Filter bowls: Polycarbonate bowls with twist-lock mounting and bowl guards
Optional bowls: Acid / alkali resistant or aluminium versions
Drain: Semi-automatic drain standard (manual option available)
Pressure gauge: Integral gauge (optional external gauge)
