Flanged 316 Stainless Steel Low Pressure Reducing Valve – Z-Tide Industrial RELF Series
The Z-Tide Industrial RELF Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure reducing valve designed for highly accurate downstream pressure control in sensitive water, air, gas and industrial process applications.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RELF provides stable outlet pressure across an adjustable 0.3 to 1.5 Bar range, even when inlet pressure or downstream demand changes. A special micro-pressure version down to approximately 0.02 Bar is also available for exceptionally low-pressure applications.
Available with PN16 flanges from DN15 to DN50, with optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K flanges, the RELF is particularly suited to RO and pure water systems, water treatment, laboratories, chemical processing and other applications requiring precise low-pressure regulation.

Operating principle: Balanced piston and large diaphragm
The valve automatically regulates flow to maintain the selected downstream pressure. The large diaphragm provides increased sensitivity at low pressures, while the balanced piston design helps maintain stable outlet pressure despite normal variations in inlet pressure.

Precision UH-ring sealing enhances regulation accuracy, minimises leakage and provides reliable long-term operation. The supplied 0–2 Bar glycerine-filled stainless steel pressure gauge provides clear outlet pressure indication and helps dampen pointer movement in installations subject to vibration or pressure pulsation.
For particularly sensitive applications, a special micro-pressure version capable of regulating down to approximately 0.02 Bar is available on request, together with optional Duplex stainless steel construction, alternative seals and flange standards.
