316 Stainless Steel Low Pressure Reducing Valve – Z-Tide Industrial RELT Series
The Z-Tide Industrial RELT Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure reducing valve designed for highly accurate downstream pressure control in sensitive water, air, gas and industrial process applications.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RELT provides stable outlet pressure across an adjustable 0.3 to 1.5 Bar range, even when inlet pressure or downstream demand changes. A special micro-pressure version down to approximately 0.02 Bar is also available for applications requiring exceptionally low regulated pressures.
Available in threaded sizes from ½" to 2", the RELT is particularly suited to RO and pure water systems, laboratories, water treatment, compressed air and sensitive industrial process applications.

Operating principle: Balanced piston and large diaphragm
The valve automatically regulates flow to maintain the selected downstream pressure. The large diaphragm provides increased sensitivity at low pressures, while the balanced piston design helps maintain stable outlet pressure despite normal changes in inlet pressure.

Standard sizes are ½", ¾", 1", 1½" and 2" BSPT, with optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads available.
NBR seals are standard, with FKM (Viton) or EPDM options available. Optional Duplex stainless steel construction, alternative pressure ranges and the special micro-pressure version are available on request.
