The SHAKO PU225H-03 is a compact high-pressure 3/8" pressure-assisted 2/2 way normally closed brass solenoid valve designed for demanding fluid and gas control applications at pressures up to 25 Bar.
Featuring a forged brass body, SUS304 stainless steel internals and a nylon-reinforced diaphragm, the PU225H-03 provides reliable high-pressure operation with quick response and excellent durability. Suitable for compressed air, water, light oils and compatible gases with alternative seal materials available for improved chemical compatibility.

Its pressure-assisted diaphragm design provides operation from a relatively low 0.5 Bar differential up to 25 Bar, while the stainless steel stem and reinforced diaphragm provide durability for demanding industrial applications. The PU225H-03 combines an 8mm orifice, Cv 2.0 and 35mm² effective flow area with a 30 Bar proof/test pressure, providing a compact solution for high-pressure fluid and gas control.
Repair Kits & Maintenance
Replacement diaphragm repair kits are available for the PU225H series with NBR, FKM, EPDM or HNBR sealing options. The SHAKO repair kit consists of the spring, O-ring, diaphragm and plunger.
