Description

Stainless Steel Direct-Acting Pressure Reducing Valve – Z-Tide Industrial RDTS Series

The Z-Tide Industrial RDTS Series is a compact direct-acting pressure reducing valve designed to automatically reduce and maintain stable downstream pressure in water and compatible industrial fluid systems.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel with a piston, UH-ring seal and diaphragm design, the RDTS provides accurate outlet pressure regulation with fast response to changing flow demand. The pressure control system helps maintain the selected downstream pressure despite normal variations in inlet pressure.

Available from 1/2" to 2" BSPT with optional NPT threads, the RDTS is supplied with a 0–10 Bar glycerine-filled pressure gauge for simple adjustment and continuous outlet pressure monitoring.

Its compact stainless steel construction makes it particularly suitable for industrial water systems, process equipment, OEM machinery and general fluid pressure regulation.

Manufacturing Quality

Manufactured using a 304 stainless steel body with a piston, UH-ring seal and diaphragm pressure control system, the Z-Tide Industrial RDTS Series is designed for reliable long-term pressure regulation in industrial water and compatible fluid applications.
The combined piston and diaphragm design provides improved pressure regulation and response, while the UH-ring sealing system helps provide reliable sealing and consistent operation. A glycerine-filled 0–10 Bar pressure gauge is supplied as standard, allowing simple commissioning, adjustment and continuous monitoring of downstream pressure.
The compact stainless steel construction makes the RDTS particularly suitable where improved corrosion resistance is required without the size and complexity of a larger pilot-operated pressure reducing valve.
