Flanged 316 Stainless Steel Low Pressure Relief Valve – Z-Tide Industrial RLLF Series
The Z-Tide Industrial RLLF Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure relief and pressure limiting valve designed to protect sensitive water, air, gas and compatible fluid systems against excessive pressure.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RLLF provides highly sensitive pressure control across an adjustable 0.3 to 1.5 Bar relief range. The valve remains closed during normal operation and automatically opens when the preset pressure is reached, relieving excess pressure before resealing as system pressure falls.
Available with PN16 flanges from DN15 to DN50, with optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K flange standards, the RLLF is particularly suited to RO and pure water systems, water treatment, laboratories and industrial process installations requiring accurate low-pressure protection with corrosion-resistant flanged construction.
Valve Function & Operation
Function: Direct-acting pressure relief valve

Purpose: Low-pressure over-pressure protection
Operating principle: Balanced piston and large diaphragm
The valve remains closed during normal operation and automatically opens when the preset inlet pressure is reached. Excess pressure is discharged until system pressure falls below the selected setting, allowing the valve to reseal automatically.

Manufactured from heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RLLF Series is engineered specifically for accurate low-pressure over-pressure protection in flanged industrial pipework.
The balanced piston and large diaphragm design provides excellent sensitivity across the 0.3 to 1.5 Bar adjustment range, allowing the valve to respond rapidly when system pressure reaches the selected limit. As pressure reduces, the valve automatically reseals to restore normal system operation.
Precision UH-ring sealing helps minimise leakage and provides reliable repeatable operation, while the supplied stainless steel pressure gauge allows continuous monitoring of inlet pressure during commissioning and operation. Heavy-duty flanged construction provides a robust installation for industrial process systems.
Optional Duplex stainless steel construction, alternative seal materials, flange standards and different pressure adjustment ranges are available for specialist applications.
