4/2 & 4/3 Way Pneumatic Rotary Lever Valve – Shako TSV300
The Shako TSV300 Series is a heavy-duty manual pneumatic rotary lever valve designed for reliable directional control of pneumatic cylinders, actuators and industrial compressed-air systems.
Available in both 4/2 way and 4/3 way configurations with 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" ports, the TSV300 combines a robust aluminium alloy body with an 18mm² flow area and positive rotary lever operation for dependable manual control of pneumatic machinery.
Four installation configurations are available, including standard side-port, bottom-port, safety-operated and panel-mounting versions, providing a flexible solution for machinery, control panels and OEM pneumatic systems.

Standard body configuration with side-mounted pneumatic ports.
B – Bottom Port Version
Pneumatic connections are located in the base of the valve, providing a cleaner installation where pipework needs to enter from beneath the valve.
C – Safety Operation Version
The C version incorporates a push-down safety mechanism to reduce accidental lever operation.
To operate the valve, the control cock is pushed down before the lever can be rotated left or right. Releasing the cock allows the spring mechanism to return it to its secured position.

P – Panel Mounting Version
Supplied with an M40 × P1.5 panel mounting nut for installation through machine panels and operator control stations.
Valve Operation
The TSV300 uses direct manual rotary movement to reposition the internal pneumatic spool.
Rotating the hand lever changes the internal air passages, directing compressed air between the supply and actuator connections without requiring electrical power or pilot air.
This simple mechanical operating principle makes the TSV300 particularly suitable for machinery requiring dependable local manual control.
4/2 Way – TSV30042
The TSV30042 provides four ports and two operating positions.
Rotating the lever changes the direction of airflow between the actuator ports, making it suitable for manual extension and retraction of double-acting pneumatic cylinders and actuators.
4/3 Way – TSV30043
The TSV30043 provides four ports and three operating positions, adding a centre position between the two directional states.
This allows the pneumatic circuit to return to a defined centre condition when the lever is positioned centrally.
Safety Operation – C Version
The optional TSV300 C configuration provides additional protection against unintended manual operation.
The operator must:
Push the safety cock downward
Rotate the hand lever left or right
Release the safety cock
Allow the cock to spring back into position
