The Shako TSV8753 is a high-flow 5/3 way pneumatic hand lever valve designed for reliable manual directional control of double-acting pneumatic cylinders, actuators and industrial compressed air systems.

Available in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" port sizes, the TSV8753 offers spring return or detent operation, together with exhaust-centre versions for applications requiring both actuator ports to exhaust in the centre position.

With a robust aluminium alloy body, flow areas up to 38mm² and operation from vacuum to 9 Bar, the TSV8753 provides simple, dependable manual pneumatic control for industrial machinery, automation, maintenance and test applications.

Operating Options

Spring Return – S
The spring-return version is manually shifted using the hand lever and automatically returns when the operator releases the control.
This is suitable for applications requiring momentary manual operation and an automatic return to the valve's normal position.

Detent – M
The detent version mechanically maintains the selected valve position after the hand lever is released.
The valve remains in the selected position until the operator manually moves the lever to another position.

Exhaust Centre Options

Exhaust Centre Spring Return – SX
The SX version provides an exhaust-centre configuration with spring return.
When the hand lever is released, the valve returns to its centre position, allowing the actuator ports to exhaust.
This is useful where a double-acting pneumatic cylinder or actuator needs to depressurise when manual operation stops.

Exhaust Centre Detent – MX
The MX version combines an exhaust-centre spool configuration with detent operation.
This provides maintained manual positioning together with an exhaust-centre function for pneumatic circuits requiring operator-selected control.

Manual Pneumatic Operation
The TSV8753 provides direct manual control of a 5/3 way pneumatic circuit without requiring electrical power, solenoid coils or external pilot pressure.
Moving the hand lever shifts the internal spool to direct compressed air to either side of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder or actuator.
Depending upon the selected version, the valve can automatically return when released or mechanically remain in its selected position.
