ATEX Ex d NAMUR Solenoid Valve – Rotex 51450V02-06
The Rotex 51450V02-06 is an ATEX Ex d explosion-proof NAMUR solenoid valve designed for direct mounting onto pneumatic rotary actuators operating in hazardous gas and dust environments.
Configurable for 3/2 or 5/2 way monostable operation, the valve provides a compact solution for controlling either single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators. Its single-solenoid design automatically returns the valve to its normal position when electrical power is removed.
Operating from 2 to 8 Bar, the 51450V02-06 features a 6mm orifice, 12 L/min flow rate, hard-anodised aluminium body with optional 316 stainless steel construction, and an ATEX Ex db / Ex tb solenoid enclosure rated IP66/IP67.

The Rotex 51450V02-06 can be configured for either 3/2 or 5/2 operation, making it suitable for different pneumatic actuator arrangements.
3/2 way configuration is suitable for single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators.
5/2 way configuration is suitable for double-acting pneumatic actuators.
As a monostable valve, applying power switches the valve to its actuated position. Removing electrical power causes the valve to automatically return to its normal position.
