3/8" 5/2 Way Double Solenoid Pneumatic Valve – PU52003D
The PU52003D is a high-flow 3/8" 5/2 way double solenoid pneumatic valve designed for reliable directional control of double-acting pneumatic cylinders and actuators. Featuring internal pilot operation and bistable maintained positioning, it provides dependable pneumatic switching for industrial automation, OEM machinery and pneumatic control systems.
With a large 35mm² effective flow area, the PU52003D provides increased flow capacity for larger pneumatic cylinders and actuators where fast response and reliable directional control are required.
Manufactured with a surface-anodised aluminium body, manual overrides, IP65 protection and optional ATEX / IECEx explosion-protected coils, the PU52003D provides dependable continuous-duty operation in demanding industrial pneumatic applications.

Double Solenoid Operation
Energising either solenoid shifts the valve spool to its corresponding operating position, directing compressed air to one side of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder or actuator while exhausting the opposite side.
The valve remains in its last switched position after the solenoid is de-energised and changes position only when the opposite solenoid is energised.
This bistable operation makes the PU52003D particularly suitable for applications where the valve must maintain its last commanded position without continuously energising a coil.
The manual overrides allow commissioning, maintenance and functional testing without electrical power.
