Proportional / Modulating

Valve opens proportionally according to signal input, either 4-20mA, 0-10v or 0-5 volt. Example 4mA valve closed, 8mA 25% open, 12mA 50% open, 18mA 75% open and 20mA fully open.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) - known as Ethylene Propylene terpolymer, Buna-AP, Dutral, Polysar-EDM, Royalene, Vistalon, Keltan, Epcar, Nordel or Epsyn). Good for hot and drinking water, Steam, Freon refrigerant gas and Air -40°C to +120°C (+150°C steam) Poor resistance to oils + fuels

FKM (Viton)

FKM Fluoro elastomer (Fluorocarbon) Viton® Dupont registered, known as Tecnoflon, Fluorel, Dai-El. Good for hot water, acid, alkali, oils, hydrocarbons and salt solutions, many aggressive chemicals, diluted acids, weak alkali's, mineral oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, sunlight and ozone. -26°C to +205°C. Poor resistance to Ketone's and Acetone.

NBR

NBR (Nitrile Buna Rubber) known as Nitrile Butadine, Buna-N, Hycar, Chemigum, Butakon, Breaon, Butacril, Paracil, Nipol, Perbunan, Krynac or Europrene-N. Good for Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Petroleum, Fuels, Mineral Oil, Vegetable and Hydraulic Oil, Alcohol and many Acids. -35°C to +100°C. Poor for Ozone, Acetone, Methyl ethyl Ketone, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Ethers and Esters.
